I am absolutely elated to share my experience with Mark and his team. I was arrested and accused of committing one of the most egregious crimes anyone could have been accused of. From the day I met Mark, he assured me that he cared, and that he only put forth maximum effort in everything he does. (I could tell he was sincere.) I was in Kern County for a total of 20 minutes (roughly) before I was in police custody and charged with 1st Degree Murder and Felony Evading a Peace Officer. I should mention that at the time of my arrest I was actively serving this country as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. I sat in jail awaiting trial for two years without any opportunity for bail. The District Attorney’s Office made it their business to argue against bail for me, even though there was no reason to. Nonetheless, Mark was there every step of the way. After the two years of waiting on the DA’s Office to be ready for trial Mark and his (our) team sat through a 13 weeklong trial, after I was completely acquitted on all counts (this includes the lesser charges / forms of Murder.) I will offer this to people who are searching for competent representation; look no further, Mark is the attorney you need. Mark will do what he said he will do.
