I’ve hired attorneys before and despite charging an arm and a leg I always felt in the dark when it came to knowing what’s going on with my case and afraid to call my attorney to ask them a question. Jessica, Jessica, 10 days ago you promised everything was suppose to be completed before you left on vacation. December 9th I paid you 690.00 4 weeks ago. I am frustrated that nothing is done. I have waited patiently for a awhile. This is unprofessional. Plus, you have been ignoring me. I paid you and I got nothing. I’d like to have my money back since you can’t uphold what you said you would complete 10 days ago.

Vanessa took on a case I had with another attorney I fired due to lack of communication. Unlike the previous attorney I had; Vanessa kept me posted every step, got back to me right away whenever I had questions, provided everything I asked for, kept all her promises and did an amazing job.
