I am so fortunate to have found Ben. He helped me through every step of the way. He is so PROFESSIONAL and RELIABLE. My case was semi-complicated, when I first came to Ben I was in removing procedures and also in the middle of applying for my green card through my husband who’s a citizen. Ben sympathize with my case and he never judge me in any way, I felt like he was a good friend someone whom I could confide in. I had at least four courts with the immigration judge and Ben always knew what he was doing and always did what was best in my case. He was always so positive and pleasant to talk to thanks to him I was able to obtain my green card. Thank you Ben!!!!!

Looking for the best Lawyer to represent me with my Immigration Papers - Change of status was a very stressful thing to do. I enquired with the first Immigration lawyer that I was referred to was not able to handle my case. My case was one of those tricky, difficult case to deal with. I wasn’t referred to Benjamin Hall but with prayerful search online I came out with 4 Immigration lawyers here at the San Mateo County and I contacted them on the same day, giving them a brief explanation of my case, my contact etc. After sending all my emails, and calls to these offices, I thought to myself whoever will reply to my calls/emails first, that person will be the one that I will work with. I recommended Benjamin Hall as a trustworthy, honest, and very down to earth person to work with although there were other lawyers who advise me not to work with him but I strongly trusted him that he was a Godly sent to work on my case.

I spent three years in jail because of crime I committed. ICE took me once I did my time in jail. Everyone thought I would be deported. My family talked to many attorneys who could not help me. One of my friends told me to use Ben. He won my trial in immigration court so now I am legally still in the United States. Other attorneys told me I could not win.
