Robin Birnbaum was appointed as a minor’s counsel to my children. Having no psychological insight and no knowledge of post-separation abuse cycles, she totally overlooked my case which resulted in no vacations or holidays or even Mother’s Day with my children. She only listened to one party, ignored letters from DV experts sent to the court and allowed the father to have total control over the children, and, through them, over the mother, exactly what he wanted from the start. Not advocating for the children to have even Mother’s Day with their mother severely undermines the role of a woman and a mother in the society and allows abuse to continue.

Robin helped my brother in a very difficult custody battle last October and really went above and beyond. Very communicative, warm, pragmatic, determined, and absolutely professional. She was a blessing to my family and got my brother more time with his little girl and all of us. Don't even hesitate; she is the one you want in your corner.
