At first Mr.Elmer sounded knowledgeable and made sure to let me know he is good and therefore he need money upfront. 1000$ . I figured he is , 34 yrs of practicing law. I walked into his office with better deal then i walked out , plus over $3000 in bills . On top he failed to tell me there is a " minor" thing like QDRO , which i needed QDRO lawyer for as it is super complex. After all said and done with no results , i figured either Mr.Elmer lied about his 34 yrs of experience or he does not know "ish" . Do yourself favor , do not hire him. ~ still dealing with QDRO , two years later.
