I dealt with Seth Morris as a public defender he fought for me genuinely and for my best interest. Later on in my life I recontacted him for my expungement of the same case he handled it professionally and ultimately was able to get my cases expunged. It was a smooth and positive situation with him and his law firm. Putting my trust into an attorney is something that is a really touchy subject they handled it smoothly and I am very appreciative of the outcome. Also Emily was great and responsive and I feel like they stayed on top of the situation for me and had me at ease through the process.

Seth represented me during my court case. I was facing a parole violation. Going through the court process created a lot of fear and uncertainty. I've been in trouble most my life it seems, but I decided to take my life serious and move away from criminal behaviors. I still made a mistake and needed help. In the past I've had legal help, but NONE compared to what Seth brought into the courtroom. My first impression of Seth was that he was a patient strategist that created a calming effect during that emotional time. This isn't what makes Seth stand out as an attorney. Going through the system there's a lot of waiting, setting dates, and maneuvering all building up to the moment when you get to speak and advocate. This, in my opinion, is what set Seth apart. When it came time to fight, he fought with the spirt of a gunfighter. He used his words like bullets when presenting his arguments. This confidence and preparedness provided emotional stability for me during that difficult time. I feel grateful I was given the opportunity to witness how passionate and authentic he is, even though it wasn't under the best of circumstances for me. Now it's been a few years since I write this review and Seth has given me the opportunity to seize the life I have today helping to build and support the community so that others like myself will have the opportunity to succeed like I have. Seth Morris is a Top Tier Defense Attorney. He actually puts in the investigatory work to beat your charge/charges. I am speaking from personal experience with an assault case I had.
