Mr. Sperber helped me navigate complex employer-labor laws and contracts after a VC funded SaaS (tech) job ended. While the law and contracts were ironclad, and the tech company was ruthlessly aggressive, so I ultimately had to agree to the tech company's terms, Mr. Sperber was remarkable for being kind and patient in helping me understand my options, and humored me in attempting to negotiate. I don't fault him at all for the outcome, this was a situation with zero wriggle room. The difference between Mr. Sperber and other local employer-labor lawyers, was that the other lawyers would give short cut and dry answers and weren't willing to attempt a long shot, while Mr. Sperber was patient, helped me understand the situation, and humored me. When a job ends, this kind of caring can be important, so that you as a client feel that you thoroughly tried to get the best outcome so you can move forward without doubt, and come away understanding the law better to protect yourself before future situations. Mr. Sperber's manner is also kindly reassuring in tense legal situations where it feels like stronger adversaries are both rude and have the upper hand. In short, I trust him more.

I talked to Arthur about my car, he was able to talk me through exactly what options I had, and when legal intervention will be needed. Answered all my questions. I called Lemon Law Partners several months back for them to potentially handle my case. Although they couldn’t take my case just yet, due to important specifics of the Lemon Law being appealed, and hopefully overturned, Arthur still took the time with me on the phone to explain everything that was going on with the appeal. He was also kind enough to get me headed in the right direction so I could better handle KIA on my own. Since then, KIA has really dropped the ball! I’ve been out of my vehicle now for three long months with no resolve in sight! Not to mention, thousands in rental car bills which KIA won’t reimburse me until the car is fixed! I’m really hoping that I am able to have LLP, and Arthur handle this complete debacle, and hold KIA accountable for treating a valuable, and longtime customer inappropriately.

Anthony really listens to what you have to say. I've tried other law firms and their consultation mostly ends if they don't have a slam dunk case. Anthony gives you a fair shot and when people need to be heard, it's the best feeling one can get. Really appreciate Anthony's mentality.

I bought a brand new 2016 GMC Sierra. It was a beautiful truck, but sadly, the problems started the minute I drove off the lot. The transmission was horrible! I would be driving around town in stop and go traffic, and the truck would shift so hard, it felt like we were rear ended! It had more issues as well, most of which were because of the transmission. I complained to the dealership and they said that everything was normal. The problem just got worse. I complained to the dealer every time I took the truck in for service. They told me the same thing. The truck was operating normally. I contacted General Motors, and originally they seemed willing to help. They had the dealer look at it, said there would be an update to the software later etc. When that didn’t actually happen GM had the dealer perform a service to the transmission that also did not work. I reached out again and GM said it would replace the transmission, but when I took it to the dealer, the dealer said No, they not replace anything! I went back to GM and complained again and then they told me they would buy back the vehicle, only to be told No by another department at GM saying again the dealer said the transmission was normal. I was so frustrated and angry! I then researched Lemon Law Attorneys and found Lemon Law Partners LLP in Berkeley. I wasn’t sure if I had a case since the dealer kept telling me that the truck was operating normally. I contacted Lemon Law Partners LLP and told them what happened, they asked me to forward all the documentation I had and after reviewing it, they told me that I had a case. Arthur and his team were fantastic! It did take almost two years to finally get a settlement, thanks in part to the COVID pandemic. But Arthur and his team kept us informed with regular updates. Everyone I spoke with at Lemon Law Partners LLP was extremely professional. And the best part is we finally settled with GM. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome. My advice to others? If you even question you may have a lemon and are getting the run around from the dealer or manufacturer, keep your records and talk to the experts at Lemon Law Partners LLP!

Mr. Sperber is a wonderful lawyer. After calling several lawyers when I was in need to urgent advice, he called me back within minutes and patiently listed to my questions and answered all of them. It's extremely difficult to find an attorney you can trust and also afford. Anthony is that unicorn/needle in a haystack/pick your metaphor. This is why: 1. He does not charge for an initial consultation to discuss your situation. Other lawyers will try and you should run quickly from them. 2. He will work with you to figure out the best possible outcome for your situation, not try to push you into costly litigation. 3. He is easy to talk to and has a good sense of humor. This is an underrated quality in attorneys, but it's actually important to find someone you like (especially if they're going to be in your life for several weeks/months/years). If you're reading this (and therefore in the position to be shopping for an employment lawyer), I'm sorry. That sucks. And I really recommend giving Anthony a call.
