(I will expose everything in 2024. Her photos and yelp reviews are fake. Yelp hides most of her "positive" reviews on its own) Sunena has, on more than one occasion, tried to intimidate me (the opposing party) into doing her case work for her. This is because she has bled her client's budget through proactive conflict instigation and poor case management. She has not been able to manipulate a victory where the only possible loser is a child. She has really only ever used covid, court impaction, and my own novice to have her client literally buy time until it all falls apart, at her client's expense. She seeks legal fee and wrongful behavior awards, even if they do not exist or have no place in the context of resolution - which is what the Court values and pursues. The legal impunity her role provides does not justify her blatant business and moral ethic. Consumer beware of the type of legal issue for which you seek support. What "specializations" require what tactics, and what your situation may actually call for. Read her other reviews (here and Yelp) and discern their validity. Review her website / case history and their relevance to your issue for yourself.

Just finished a call with Attorney Sabharwal and wanted to share my pleasant experience with others. This is my first review and had to give Sunena a well deserved 5 star rating! I needed a family law attorney to review my prenuptial agreement within 7 days and Sunena came through by fitting me in her schedule. She was very patient and knowledgeable. We went over the agreement where she explained the sections and California Family Codes in detail. Dealing with the prenup has been nerve racking since I know little about family law. However, Sunena is making the situation a lot easier!

Sunena Sabharwal met with me via Zoom for a consultation on a prenup, since my fiance and I were not sure whether we wanted or needed one and had a lot of questions. She gave a very thorough explanation of the details and CA-specific things to take note of regarding divorce law, and answered all my questions. We ended up going over our allotted hour but she was very patient. Based on her insight, we decided that a prenup was not necessary for our situation, but if we ever need a post-nup or other legal agreement, we would definitely go to Ms. Sabharwal as she is patient, knowledgable, and a good advocate for her clients.

Sunena Sabharwal successfully navigated a complex international estate matter for my siblings and I. Professional. Responsive. Reasonable rates. Worked very well with our estate attorney. Listened attentively to ask our concerns.

Sunena is affordable, knowledgable, efficient, very responsive and spent a lot of time at no additional cost for a consultation and to explain complicated concepts. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend working with her!

Scott and his colleague Justin are amazing. They say what they do and they do what they say! I hope I never have to contact them again, but if I have to, I definitely will! Thank you again for all your hard work and dedication to my case. I truly appreciate it.

She abuses children, the legal system, and mentally unstable clients....and loses...this person is a cancer) Sunena unsuccessfully and unlawfully attempted to sabotage our child's education with his school district, outside of court and directly against legal order. She also lied about our own child's health in an attempt to embellish correspondence. She deliberately misrepresented her own client in doing so. When shes not fumbling and fabricating, shes engaging personal ego contests on her client's dime. By nature, this profession is exploitative. It takes on a new level when scavengers encounter trauma and desperation with nothing financial or marital to leverage. Sunena won't see you through the custody violations and contempt hearings her methods expose you to. I've had to ask her to keep her proxy dry threats out of our child's therapy sessions because honest consumer reviews REALLY offend and mobilize her to do the work that matters. I've worked with and against various attorneys, in various capacities - business, civil, criminal - and I've observed countless hearings. It's hard for me to believe a certain class can even operate. She'll keep desperately attempting to control experienced feedback and Yelp should appease it's profit model. I'll get a reply notification or be ordering food one day, see it's gone, and be back with more direct insights for prospective consumers.

What an incredible person. I could write pages for Scott. I got so lucky in finding him - IF YOU NEED A LAWYER OR ATTORNEY, DO NOT LOOK ANY FURTHER. It is hard to find good people in this world. Even harder to find good lawyers. I'm still at a loss for words but as I find them I will be writing another review, because he's that good.

I true tiger both on and off the court. What else I also appreciated about Scott was my ability to call him on his cell and talk to him man to man. No secretaries blocking for him and waiting days for a return call. Just as my doctor, I insist on being able to have a cell phone number I can call directly. This means everything.

Scott is a magnificent lawyer and I truly appreciate his services. I went to him in a time of turmoil and in desperate need of help for a wrongful death action and not only was he warm and welcoming, but selflessly went out of his way to make sure myself and my family felt as comfortable and taken care of as possible. He and his paralegal were very efficient, they worked fast and they did everything they said the would do. Even after everything was over he continued to check in with my family to make sure that we were okay. He is more than just a great and thorough lawyer, he is a extremely kindhearted person who truly cares about what you are going through. He'll go above and beyond for you to get the job done and make sure you get the closure you need. I will forever be grateful for his services and for his support.
