***Update** I e-mailed before posting my review and still waiting for reply. Don’t think they did all they could for me. Lack of communication. I think they’re overwhelmed with cases they rush through them. I feel I could’ve gotten more of a fight for me. Disappointed to say the least. I don’t think they realize the importance of losing a job of 17 years to a ridiculous injury.
