I was contacted by this firm in regards to a class action lawsuit I had been apart of with a different firm. At first I believed it was just some scam when I received a few emails from them. Then I received a phone call from Michael Resnick and he put my at ease. He answered all of my questions and was very professional and no nonsense. I had already sold the car because of the faulty transmission and was upside on the loan ended up paying the difference on the new auto loan. He lets me know I could still be apart of the lawsuit which was great. Anytime I had any questions all i had to do was all send them an e-mail and someone would always get back to me within 24 hours. I’m fairly young and they never treated me like I wasn’t important or like I didn’t matter which I appreciate especially coming from someone in Beverly Hills.
