Mr. Nesbit has done very well with cases I have sent him. He has settled every single one of them.

I am a plastic surgeon in Los Angeles and in 2018 I took an emergency case for my level 1 trauma hospital involving a woman who sustained a near complete avulsion if her upper body from her lower with a full thickness abdominal wall necrosis after being hit by a car. She was a Kaiser patient. Kaiser could not offer her transfer to one of their hospitals because of the severity of her injuries. Ultimately my services as a reconstructive surgeon were required to close her extreme wounds so that she could stabilize for transfer. Basically, without my services she would die. So I proceeded with my partner, another plastic surgeon, to perform an 18 hour reconstructive surgery, the most difficult of my career. My operative report contained 34 highly complex CPT codes, plus modifiers for unique and highly complex surgery. I submitted to Kaiser. Well, guess what? Kaiser punted, fabricated blocked, invented paperwork issues with my reports, and fought tooth and nail with my biller, denying my claims for 2 years. Fed up, I was referred to Alan from another physician who used his devices. Long story short, after 2 years of being messed with, Alan put a quick beat down on Kaiser. Within 60 days I received a settlement and a full payment of my bill to the tune of $130,000 for this single surgery. And you know what, I deserved every darn penny for the 2 years of headaches Kaiser gave me, and for the extraordinary care I provided. Alan was the only one who could help me win an impossible situation in Southern California, when a bad attorney in a PI case tried to take advantage of all of the doctors who worked on his client, by trying to cheat us out of our rightful fees.
