My criminal case was in Orange County which is the worst place to be if you’re a defendant. My girlfriend and I were charged with dozens of felonies for allegedly running a major ID theft factory. The prosecutor refused to provide Ninaz Saffari with the discovery but she kept fighting every single hearing (there were over a dozen). She eventually got everything she was supposed to receive and she was able to use that info to get us a slap on the wrist. Ninaz is the absolute best of the best.

We retained Ninaz after my son was charged with a double homicide. After speaking with her, I knew it was destined for her to represent him! She's very personable, always available to answer our questions and will explain every detail of the process with you.. Dont let her sweet demeanor fool you, shes a beast in that courtroom!!! A relentless fighter for her client's and does it all so effortlessly with such grace and Integrity! As a mother, I wouldn't trust anyone else to defend my son and bring him home but Ninaz! I was falsely accused of Robbery. Ms.Saffari took my case, I was facing up to 7 years she got my case dismissed. She is very easy to communicate with, checks in on you, and is very professional. From the time I was with her in court I can tell she has a lot of respect from the Judges, and DA’s office.
