Estate planning wasn't on my mind until I was drinking beers and talking with my fellow apprentices about life in general. One guy said he was busy taking care of his biz - moving into a new house and finishing up on will. Having a will was a good idea since we worked with live electricity (120/240v ~ 4,800V) every day for living. He recommended me to google search lawyers close to my home to save hassle. Out of several lawyers/offices I googled, yelped, avvo'ed, Liran stood out since his reviews were most consistent across all social media. After having a quick consult, he sent a informative 30 minute video that explained how estate planning works, the pros/cons of it. I could watch it at my leisure and search any term I wasn't familiar with. That' when I knew I would go along with this guy. He was patient with me since I was working a lot of OT and took some time to gather everything. I am stress free in terms of what will happen in case of anything. I got a binder with my estate planning portfolio, my family will be taken care of, and will not have to deal with the state/government when it comes to receiving what is righteously theirs, as stated in my estate planning.

When we wanted to write a family trust, my husband and I were referred to Mr. Aliav by highly regarded real estate attorney. As Mr. Aliav walked us through the process, we felt as though we were talking to a trusted friend. He was organized, asked focused questions, and answered the questions we posed. We knew we were in good hands long before the notary public offered affirmation, saying that he sees lots of trust documents and ours clearly were put together by an expert attorney.

An amazing Landlord Tenant Lawyer! I hired Liran during the year of COVID. I already had a lot on my plate & then awful landlords to top it off. I was tired & hesitant to jump into, what I felt would be, another chaotic situation. However, it never felt that way with Liran. Once I hired him, everything was structured, clearly laid out & explained. Every time I felt uncomfortable he was there to answer any questions, concerns, frustrations, etc. that came up. He always gave well-guided advice on how to adjust/handle all situations that occurred. If I felt unprepared or worried, he was a phone call away, & as I said, always there, accompanied by professionalism & avidity to win my case!
