Finding an accident attorney that cares is sometimes hard!! I really want to say a special thank you to the team at the Khorshidi Law firm. Almost 4 years ago to this day I was in a slip and fall accident at a facility. I suffered a severe wrist fracture that required multiple surgeries and has altered my day to day life. I called Mr. Omid Khorshidi and his team and they were immediately helpful and compassionate. I also would like to thank the person running point, Ariana. She was my go to person for exchanging emails, setting up appointments, and addressing any concerns or questions I had in a timely manner. They got me a settlement amount more than I expected and I couldn’t be more grateful! Thank you thank you thank you!! 5 STARS!! Omid Khorshidi is an outstanding attorney. I was badly injured in an auto accident, which was the other driver's fault. I was in and out of doctors offices, in severe pain, and ended up needing surgery. During a time in my life which was already extremely stressful, the last thing I wanted to deal with was the daunting legal aspect of the accident. However, after weeks of searching, as soon as I found Omid I knew immediately that I wanted him to represent me. I found him charming, funny, and enjoyable to talk to. The process was straightforward and easier than I anticipated, and Omid was able to get me the maximum settlement possible. Omid truly cares about his clients and is amazing at what he does. As much as I wanted to trust this law firm from all the great reviews, my experience was so terrible & disheartening. I let Omid Khroshidi know from the beginning that I’ve never gone through a situation like this & that I had no idea what to do or where to start. Day 1 was the only time I heard from Mr.Khorshidi who assured me I would be taken care of & that I had a solid case. I signed to let him represent me. They told me to immediately stop going to the workers comp clinic & referred me to their clinic who didnt bother to reach out to me for over two weeks following my injury. I reached out to the firm multiple times to let them know & all they said was to wait for a call from the clinic. I had no choice but to return to work injured & the firm didn’t bother to reply to any of my emails. Another week passes by so I call the firm once again, finally spoke to Mr.Khorshidi who was now blamimg me for insufficient medical records & insinuating that my injury was false, in his own words “I mean are you even injured anymore?” I suffered a head injury, concussion, neck sprain, not to mention anything I might end up with in the future. Head injury, yet this firm made me feel terribly discouraged & so disappointed for the lack of communication, lack of dedication & lack of aggressive representation on my behalf

Omid and his team were fantastic. When I initially went to them regarding an accident, I felt super stressed out about what the process would be like. They quickly alleviated my concerns and guided me through what the process would be like, and continued to assist me and check in with me throughout until we reached our final settlement. Through them I was also able to get in touch with doctors that were really tuned in to the specifics of my injury and gave me treatment plans that were far more personalized than I had experienced with past doctors. Overall, I started out very intimidated by the process but can’t say enough good things about the quality of service I received in the end.
