Mr. Kroger got my sentence, for a very serious crime, reduced from 2 years in prison to community service and probation, best law firm ever! He is very good at negotiating. He is worth every penny spent. Charged me such a reasonable rate too, it almost felt like he was doing it pro-bono! Anyway, my family and I, are very thankful for the great outcome on my case.

I hired Al for my custody/visitation proceedings with my daughter after having a previous attorney that didn't deliver. From the day we brought Al and his team on board we felt we were in great hands . They not only got me the outcome I hoped for they were conscous of my budget and were able to help me avoid going to trial as Al negotiated a deal with my co-parent and we came to a mutual agreed upon resolution! I hired Al to represent me in my third mediation with my ex-husband who suddenly stopped paying child and spousal support. My ex is a successful litigator who was represented by someone equally intimidating so not an easy case for anyone. My previous attorney was weak and caved in the face of those two. Not Al. Al was extremely professional and polite, a good guy, not your average lawyer. He was firm, honest and realistic with me and the "other side". He succeeded in getting my ex to pay me for the entire 9 months of support which he owed me. He also got him to pay a large percentage of my legal fees as well as sign an agreement which was better than the previous agreement in many ways. Al's, the man.

This so called attorney will get you put in jail. All the positive reviews are for little petty drug charges that anyone can beat without a lawyer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE.

William Kroger kicked ass for me and was able to get my felony charges dropped. However, the Beverly Hills attorney didn't stop and had two other felonies (which prevented me from getting a good job) reduced to misdemeanors and expunged. I live a different life and the work Attorney Kroger put in for me was more than any other attorney had. If you're in trouble, go for an attorney with results, and whose affordable. If there's a way out William Kroger will find it!!!

In December of 2015 my wife and I separated, I spent weeks looking for a lawyer that could handle my difficult case. I had CPS involved, I had a wife with a metal health disorder, and had no idea what to expect, unfortunately I chose the wrong lawyer first. My first lawyer took a messy hard case and made it way worse. In January of 2016 I began the search for a new lawyer, I found Mr. Provinziano on Forbs Magazine Website under “Best Lawyer for Family Law” I was skeptical after my first lawyer made my situation worse, I contacted Mr. Provinziano’s office and found that Maria and Mr. Provinziano both had confidence that they could change the tide of my case. Some back story up to this point, the judge did not like me, my previous lawyer painted this picture for him that I had no grounds for a domestic violence restraining order. My first lawyer started to side with my wife mid-way through the case, he refused to show some of the evidence and told me that the medical records were impossible to obtain. The judge only approved a temporary restraining order due to the threats on my life and our children, which CPS had made it clear to me that if the restraining order was lifted they would be back in my life. The Judge made it clear that he was not going to approve it after the 3 months had expired. Once Mr. Provinziano took care of all the major headaches that came up such as supervisors quitting, harassment over money and many other hurdles. We got to the court day and Mr. Provinziano was so calm, it made me nervous how calm he was. He had every question and potential answer thought out. Mr. Provinziano and his team did the impossible and got even the medial records of my wife. Mr. Provinziano was given reports from family members doing the supervised visitations observing behavior as well as paid supervisors that gave Mr. Provinziano and his team enough evidence to prove my case. We entered the court room to find the Judge not willing to reopen the case. He was ready to remove the restraining order and Mr. Provinziano was already prepared for this. He managed to convince the Judge to open the case, accept new evidence, and listen to us for over 3 hours. As I said before the Judge was against me, by the end Mr. Provinziano had calmly entertained his point, introduced evidence, got witnesses to admit things that helped, all of this while keeping me calm. The Judge told me I couldn’t speak so I was very nervous. Mr. Provinziano at times had to tell me to be quiet and trust him which I did, and I am so grateful I did. The result was the restraining order got approved, the Judge changed his opinion of me, and told my wife he would have pursued a restraining order against her if he was me! Mr. Provinziano was able to maintain the professional supervisor situation with lowered hours. Mr. Provinziano was so calm and knowledgeable he had answers and solutions for everything. He still represents me for my divorce and I tell everyone….DON’T MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID…GO TO MR. PROVINZIANO FIRST, YOU WON’T REGRET IT!

My husband and I hired Al Provinziano originally to handle a restraining order against my husbands ex wife. We just wanted some peace in our lives and to escape the chaos. Having to hire an attorney is a stressful situation at best. I was grateful to have found Al Provinziano and his Associates.
