I cannot thank Kroger Law enough for their exceptional assistance. From the start, they were professional and incredibly thorough. Their dedication to achieving the best outcome for me was evident, and I truly felt valued as a client. The resolution was way better than I had hoped for, thanks to their expertise and genuine care. I highly recommend Kroger Law to anyone seeking top-notch legal representation.

Worst waste of my money! I hire the law firm to help me move my custody case out of a highly racial bias and misogynistic court in another state, and instead I was charged for updates to the court that costed me over $70k and my case was never transferred to California despite that the other party never provided proof in where he lives (other than living in multiple states but in where he claimed to live), owes over $15k in child support and has a criminal record. He was also a domestic abuser and bad on drugs. I wish that this people didn’t charged me a crazy amount of money just for updates that the court (judge) never read. This money could had been used to provide a better life to my small child. California isn’t cheap, and at the end nothing real happened to my case and the highly racially bias state still has my case after the guy refused to return our child twice. Now I need to keep traveling with my child there instead of making the guy who don’t even have an address or who is not even supporting his child do the trips to California.

Horrible horrible experience with this law firm. I would never recommend them to anyone. We spent over $25,000 for absolutely nothing. In court, Al Provinziano was not prepared, was soft spoken and did not defend his client the way he should have. Even the judge seemed unimpressed with his representation. It was an embarrassment to be represented by him and a complete waste of money. He may seem genuine in his initial interview with his clients, but then completely detaches from the case and hands you off to his staff. A friend had recommended us, also spend over $50,000 and did not get anything she requested. His retainer fee was $7000 and they blow through it as quickly as they receive it. Charges you for even thinking of calling him. I’ve known other people whose retainer was $3000 and lasted them over 6 months. Our retainer was gone the first three months. In a span of 12 months over $25,000 was paid to this disgusting firm. Please look else where and do not let Al and his team take advantage of you if you are in a vulnerable and challenging place. Look else where! Seriously! Anyone else is better than this firm.

My experience with this law firm was nothing then horrible. If you looking for family lawyer please do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. I work with this firm approximately for two months. Those two months cost me over $7000 and they filled one piece of paper for me. The first impression of this office is excellent Mr. Provinziano will call you to discuss all options and what will be the best strategy for your case free of charge. The horror start when you pay your retainer fee and they have your money now they start charging you for each email ($30) if they call court and court people don't pick the phone this firm will charge your account ($30) for nothing. They will also charge you to study your case because every time you call them and ask questions they will say we have to see your case and we will get back to you. So they will run thru your first 5k real quick with no results. Then once you ask them what happen to 5k that I just paid - they will sent you ridiculous bill that does not make any sense. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY!!! Then another call scheduled for Mr. Provenziano to make sure he's getting his money again. The receptionist Alexis will schedule a call to tell you that is free of charge to speak with Mr. Provenzano for one hour to discuss the strategy of your case again. So now I'm speaking with mr. Provenzano on the phone and he's giving me a estimate for my divorce to be over with he quoted me for $32,000 and let me tell you me and my ex husband we have no property or anything like that we're just simply want to get a divorce. Once I finished a phone call with Mr. Provenziano they hit me with another bill of $350 for consultation that should be free. At the end of this horrible experience they sent me a bill for $12,000 when I said I'm not going to pay they sent me a bill for $9000 from $9000 my bill went down to $7000 from $7000 my bill went down to $2000 and that was my final bill. I pay the $2000 and that was it. My experience with this office was nothing then horrible. Take your money somewhere where they gonna care about the results you get ! I don’t recommend this law firm!

Mr Provinziano's firm is amazing. My attorney Ariana helped me with an emotional custody case with expertise and I felt like she handled it with care. She did so because she did care about my daughters well being. I was asked for my input in every response to the opposing attorney. They never over promised anything and in fact predicted what they thought would happen in court. Couldn't be more happy with them.

Bill is the best lawyer I've ever worked with in my life, and I've been in trouble more than my share of times. He bullied the prosecutor to the point they gave up and I was able to stay out of jail.

William Kroger has been a tremendous help during probably the most difficult time of my life. He was supportive and calming throughout the process and worked so hard to deal with my charges and the prosecution. Mr. Kroger will always have a special place in my heart and I cannot ever thank him enough for the effort he put into my case. My case was difficult due to me being an immigrant and my charges potentially being cause to deport me. Kr. Kroger worked with my former immigration attorney to get the charges down to a code that is not deportable and that I could live with. All I can do to show my gratitude is write this review, and I hope whoever reads it looking to decide on an attorney chooses Mr. Kroger.

I could not be more pleased with the level of service I received with this firm. They went out of their way to communicate with me and advise me through every step of my divorce.. I saw them Time after Time work to protect my interests throughout the process. If you have any need of a family law attorney, I would highly recommend these guys and could not be happier with how they represented me.

William is the guy that will make everything go away. I got into trouble ten years ago and it’s like it never happened, when I found myself in another pickle a few months back he was the first person I called and sure enough he took care of me then too.
