My husband and I hired Al Provinziano originally to handle a restraining order against my husbands ex wife. We just wanted some peace in our lives and to escape the chaos. This case turned into a child custody war along with all kinds of crazy accusations against my husband and I. Al was able to be the voice of reason in the middle of a category 5 hurricane and encouraged us to trust him with everything. He established boundaries between my husband and his ex that never would have been possible without Al's knowledge of not only the court system but also the psychology involved in family law cases. We required Al's service for 2 years of our lives... he was our constant and gave wise counsel. Sometimes people get caught up in the drama, Al will pull you out of the drama and restore the calm. My wife and I recently lost our youngest daughter. We were faced with the prospect of losing custody of our only grandson. His father threaten to take him out of the state. Our daughter and her son has lived with us since his birth. Mr Provinziano and his team of attorneys are life savers. They are very professional and knowledgeable in family law. After consulting them we were very confident they could handle all aspects of our case. They started working right away. They worked for 3 days straight before a holiday to get the job done. This includes filing out, completing, and filing all the paper work in court. The first attempt to see a judge was rejected. However, with Mr Provinziano expertise as a certified family law attorney, his second attempt was successful. We saw the judge and was granted temporary guardianship. Having to hire an attorney is a stressful situation at best. I was grateful to have found Al Provinziano and his Associates. My initial call provided comfort and feeling that I had retained an individual who understood the law and could provide the most cost effective strategy to resolve our legal issue. Al presented a plan of action that end up with the case being withdrawn by my former spouse who after almost 30 years was requesting spousal support. On 4th of July I went to visit friends for the celebration party they were throwing in Santa Monica! Everything was great until I noticed that it was time to leave, I know I should have planned better and booked a hotel to stay there for the night, I didn't do that and of course trying to find a hotel room that night was impossible! So after the party was over I thought I was fine to drive and decided to come back San Diego. I know it was a stupid poor decision so when I was driving on the freeway 405 South I noticed a big traffic jam, what was my surprise, there was a DUI checkpoint! I was very nervous because I knew I have had more than 2 beers. I was stopped and the officer told me that I would needed to get a sobriety test. Right there I knew I was in trouble! I was arrested for a DUI. The worst night of my life! I knew I will need the help of an attorney and didn't know who to call. My friend Robyn mentioned she had a case with Attorney Bill Kroger for a DUI too. I called his office and I felt Very confortable with my initial conversation and decided to hire him on this delicate matter. He was always very clear and got for me a wet reckless conviction. The results of his work had significantly helped me and I am always be grateful for his integrity and patience with me even though I was a very nervous and all the time a worried client. Bill Kroger and his assistant Val are great. I had a case that I was accused of hitting my girlfriend and they were able to prove that she made it all up. We ended up breaking up but it was better for both of us. Without Kroger I would have been lost. Luckily I found him and besides beating the case, I get to keep my gun rights too.

Hes really no help. A public attorney does a much better job for pretty much free. I know this cause I would get a public one for my other cases until this recent one, but then i noticed hes really garbage and every other review on here is fake. He will just agree to whatever the judge says and won't really fight for you. Im still on the case right now and I decided to fire him. I got with the public attorney on my court date and im so glad I did because she reduced my fine and my community service by half cause of a new law that came out. So I am serious when I say you are better off with a puublic attorney. Thats something this FROGER guy wasnt planning on helping me out with. He claims to know judges but the judges don't know him. He is a FRAUD!! Avoid this guy. He will just make your case worst.

Bill is a really great lawyer. I have been to him a couple of times and he is straight up and doesn't mess around. He is totally based in reality and tells it like it is. He was always right on and spends the time to listen to what I have to say even though I tend to ramble (alot)

Court is tough as nails, never fight it alone!!! When it comes to presenting your case infront of a judge, you better make sure you have the best representation money can buy. I had recently retained Mr. Kroger for two of my legal battles (criminal court) and have walked out both times with AAA + satisfactory results. Kroger always lays out the information for me. We discuss all possible outcomes & He fills me in with details of the court procedure and what to expect. He is very thorough with information to make sure there are no surprises on the day of Court . It's very comforting to know that I have someone that will not only protect , but fight for my rights as an individual. Highly recommended don't hesitate pick up the phone and dial !!!!

Mr Kroger was able to get my case dismissed I was arrested for a DUI. The cop that arrrestef me said I made an illegal left turn but Mr Kroger was able to prove to the judge that the turn was legal at the time I made it. They did a really good job for me and I think it's really great that they know the law so well.
