Excellent lawyer I couldnt have asked for a better lawyer. Everything I asked she had answer for her staff is on point. I would have one my case regardless of the fact that the cops didn't have shown up because they knew they were in the wrong but we were ready to go trial and have everything dropped. Excellent cannibus defense excellent!!!!!!!!

Working as a delivery driver dealing with marijuana can be quite the task taking risks for these clinics. I got pulled over during a delivery in my area. Already on bail for my gun charge. The Cops took that as I'm a major criminal and I got arrested. After 5 days in jail i was out on bond at a high rate of $100,000. After all said and done. Hiring this attorney will be the best thing you will ever do, at least it was for me. I was facing serious Drug Felonies (4). Every single attorney I spoke to regarding my case told me I would have to SERVE TIME, except Allison. Allison and her firm were able to get ALL my charges COMPLETELY DISMISSED before the preliminary hearing through a very Complicated and Creative Entrapment Defense. I was referred to Allisons firm by a friend/mentor in the Hydroponic industry. I was charged with 2 Felonies: Possession with intent to sell and Transport, both being for Medical Marijuana. I was represented by both Allison Margolin and her partner Raza Lawrence. Not only were both charges DISMISSED but I have now filed a civil suit against the police department as a result of Allison and Lawrence getting the cop to admit to a violation of my 4th amendment rights on the stand!!!!! It was a brilliant thing to watch. Now I am still 100% criminal record free and currently the Regional Manager of Southern Californias largest Hydroponic company. I owe a great deal of where I am right now as well as my sanity to Allison and her team. A big thanks to them.
