I was referred to Provinziano & Associates by my family lawyer here in Arizona because of their expertise in jurisdiction. Me and my ex had an informal written agreement that our kids would live with me in AZ through the school year and visit him in CA on school breaks. On spring break of this year, my ex did not put my kids back on the plane home and ghosted me for 2 days. Because of jurisdictional issues, I needed a CA attorney to represent me and make the case that my kids are residents of AZ so we could have our case here. My lawyer, Al; and his paralegal Ava have made my life easier knowing that my case was in such great hands. They are professional, responsive, and so far everything has gone in our favor. I would highly recommend them in any custody or jurisdictional case. I wish I could have them represent me here in AZ for the remainder of my case! They do cost a bit more than I was financially ready for, but I could never put a price on the peace of mind they provided and exceptional results we got. I have no words to express how thoughtful and professional the team at Provinziano and associates were. I went for a "simple" divorce that turned into a bit of a messy one. I was very fortunate to have Ashot and Provinciano advising me during this journey and making sure I understood every step of the way. Attorney documents and jargons can be so complicated and overwhelming, on top of all the stress. They were so kind to me and so responsive. They were there for me and I felt really supported. To keep this Brief I have been getting dragged through the Family Court System for 5 years! For Every step forward or battle I won there was 2 taken back. Most recently my X Wife and her Attorney used COVID to gain temporary orders and then tried to move my son 65 miles away. We share Physical and Legal Custody. Her move would essentially remove most of my custodial time with my son. They manipulated the system and were going to get away with it like always. Especially since the courts are backed up until November due to the Pandemic. Desperate and Defeated I needed to retain Counsel. And a Phenomenal one at that due to the Uphill battle that loomed ahead! I was Fortunate enough to be referred to Mr. Provinziano by a colleague. I recently hired Mr. Provinziano to handle my child custody case. I had interviewed 3 lawyers prior to finding him and the others just did not have what I was looking for or the complete package that I wanted in someone to represent me. I had lost hope thinking I was not going to find a good lawyer in time only having less than 2 weeks til my court date but I came onto the AVVO website and saw his outstanding ratings and called him right away. He is very professional, caring and understood my case. I felt very secure handing him over my case. I did not want to lose my newborn child and I needed a lawyer to really be firm and have the integrity to get the best results and turn around previous orders. My court date was November 19, 2013. Mr. Provinziano along with another lawyer Megan Grim in his law firm both worked as a great team. Mr. Provinziano did an amazing job and I am so happy with my results. He asked for all my requests regarding visitation for the father, drug testing and custody. He knew what to say and by memory like he had known my case for a long time, which he only had less than two weeks to prepare. I have been Mr. Alphonse client for almost 3 years for separates matters, for sure :).
