I am navigating thru a very strenuous divorce after 27 years of marriage. 5 kids and a large business are caught in the middle. Mr Provinziano and his team have quite literally saved me from financial ruin as well as help keep my sanity intact. Mr Provinziano is my 3rd lawyer on this case. His firm is by far the best I have ever experienced. They do cost more than the next guy. But believe me, you get what you pay for. I spent thousands of dollars with attorneys who accomplished nothing for me. Thanks to Al and his team I am finally on the back end, and can see some light at the end of the tunnel. I met Al Provinziano and his team, summer of 2020. It was an absolute nightmare of a situation. They all reassured me everything would work out, and at the time that was hard to believe. By the grace of God, everything worked out in the best interest of my son. We are now approximately 4 years out since things were finalized and Eli is thriving! Financially it was difficult for my family and I but let me tell you, their services were worth every penny. Plus they worked with us. I throw this in there because it’s important to be transparent as we all know money plays a huge role in being able to retain an attorney or not. When you find yourself helpless and hopeless, like I was. I was not willing to jeopardize my sons well being because I was worried about money. It took a village, I asked for financial help from my loved ones. A humbling experience and I would do it again if I had to. My Journey : Throughout the past several years, I have been on a rollercoaster ride of a battle with my son's father regarding custody and his well-being. Throughout his life, father has always strived to control school, sports, and discipline. As the victim of domestic violence and after more than eight years of therapy to overcome the PTSD caused by the physical, mental, and emotional abuse that I have endured. Co-parenting has been both terrifying and challenging. As early as the age of seven, my son began to express that he was afraid of going to his father house. Over the course of the years, my son has been subjected to physical abuse, emotional abuse, and psychological abuse. He is currently 12 1/2 years old and has refused to see his father. In my capacity as his mother, I endeavor to advocate for his best interests and ensure that he is well protected.

I am not sure I can find the words to express my gratitude and Mr. Provinziano’s and staff’s service. They are all professional, caring and responsive. I had a highly combative and contested case. Mr. Provinziano handled the opposing side with tremendous skill. He held a professional demeanor and successfully won the case.

I don’t have enough good things to say about Al. This is my fourth attorney since my divorce so I have experienced all different types of representation and I can confidently say that Al has by far been the most attentive and successful. It doesn’t matter the time of day or whether it’s the weekend he always answers my questions in a timely and professional manner. As everyone can agree, family law disputes are not pleasant. It is something we go into scattered, unsure, nervous, and anxious. These feelings subsided once I started working with Provinziano and Associates Law Firm. Provinziano and Associates are the best Family Law firm through and through. My wife and I did a lot of research to find an attorney that is knowledgeable and could represent us effectively against my high conflict co-parent. In my case, it is quite difficult to speak with the mother of my son regarding any decision-making. She assumed I had no rights and she was in charge of not only my son’s life but mine as well and she would make decisions and stipulations. I had an urgent problem and had been working with another attorney who was not the right fit for me. I contacted Provinziano & Associates and within 24 hours of our initial meeting they were able to help me resolve a unfair arrear support withholding from happening and had filed all documents proving my position! Within 48 hours they had accomplished a “stay” to be enforced on my withholding enforcement! The entire team was in contact with me as they worked on the documents proving my case. It was comforting to have Al Provinziano himself, along with June, Melody, Rod, Precious and Karlaz involve me with every step of their process. My experience with Al Provinziano and his entire team of associates and clerical staff was exceptional. I personally had interactions with Al, June, Ava, Alexis, CJ and Aleah, and every single person I spoke to or met in person went above and beyond to make me feel supported during the very stressful process of advocating for a custody arrangement that was truly in the best interest of my young children. The team joined my case post-judgement and was able to seamlessly jump in, assess the situation, and help me formulate a plan that kept me with primary custody. When I initially called the firm, my intake appointment was with June, and she made me feel like she was really invested in what was happening and reassured me that the team would be able to help me. Once I decided to move forward with hiring the team, my case was assigned to Ava as jr. counsel with Al overseeing everything. I had many phone meetings and email exchanges with Ava and her communication style is very clear and she really helped me form my court statements in a way that was concise and impactful. She's extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to validate my feelings while also helping me understand what a judge would be concerned with and what to emphasize about the circumstances of my case. Al is who represented me in court negotiations, and he and his assistant Leah were both wonderful. What could have been a very stressful morning turned into a very productive negotiation between Al and my opposing counsel. Al clearly knows what he's talking about and I overheard him explaining certain terms and case points to the opposing lawyer multiple times. While knowledgeable, his ability to explain things in a way that does not come across as condescending allowed him and opposing counsel to work together and come up with the terms of a settlement that I hope my ex is also satisfied with. At the end of the day, I came away from court with everything I'd been fighting for. I hope to never have to call Al and his team again, but if anything else goes awry, I know who I can count on to help me. I've already given the number to this firm to 2 other women in my life. Divorce is ugly and full of emotion, but this firm really does care about their clients and Al is an amazing litigator.
