Expect nothing but perfect professionalism quick courteous and respectful service when you chose eslamboly hakim they offer extremely fast service soon as we settled they paid me out in record time I would without a doubt use them again if only every law firm practiced like these group of superior you men and women A++++

They are not Compassionate & were only Aggressive towards me, their supposed client) Review - Part 1 of 3 My name is Alan. I confirm that I have been a client of this firm since May 2021 so if Sharona replies to this review saying I am not, as she has done with other reviews, she is lying. I will start by clarifying 2 things. The first is, I have previously written a favourable review on Feb 23rd 2024. This is solely a review about Johanna who was finally getting checks to my 6 year old daughter & myself for a small fraction of what we should have been awarded & she told me she’d send the checks by FEDEX if I wrote the review for her. What I said about Johanna was true. She helped me & I stand by that. However the firm clearly overruled her promise & did not use FEDEX as you will read later in this review. In the end I tried to leave the firm but they trapped me (prevented me from leaving to another law firm) with threat of liens & also avoidance. At that time Johanna stepped in & helped me get out. This previous good review about Johanna does not reflect this firm's total disregard & utter disdain for me as their client. The second thing I will say is that this is the most horrible law firm you could ever imagine, who blatantly ignored me, dismissed me, did not in any way negotiate my case, & treated me so poorly that I can not describe it. They are unprofessional & in my opinion negligent. One example of many is, two years ago out of frustration I told one of the girls on the reception phone, as the firm was completely ignoring me & not engaging with the other party, that I was going to report them to The State Bar of California. Instead of acting professionally & taking action on my case, Sharona called me the next day to verbally & aggressively attack me, accusing me of threatening her staff. She was verbally abusive towards me. She twisted the interaction I had with her receptionist. After enduring 3 years as a client, I can now see that Sharona’s approach was not unusual. I am not going to advise you either way, to “use” or “not use” this firm, however if you want to stay reading I will lay out my truthful & factual experience with the firm & you can make up your own mind. I am 50 years old, & have never felt the need to write a negative review about anything. However I feel that not one person should endure what I would call the “nightmare”, that I endured with this firm. I wish I had never contacted them. And I am not a dramatic person. From day one it was unprofessional. Four different girls at different times dealt with my case. Maria, then Reanna, then another Maria (alias Alex), & finally Johanna. Two of the first three who were supposedly negotiating my case over time left the firm without warning. FYI until Johanna at the end, they never once acted in my best interests. And Johanna’s job was really just to get rid of me quietly. The firm nearly missed the 2 year Statute of Limitations for filing. Sharona aggressively attacked me as I detailed above. Even though I was hit from behind & had video evidence & pictures they still got nowhere with my case, after 2.5 years wasting my time they told me I’d have to pay the firm “cash up front” before they would take it to court, they told me to accept the small offer that I was made, they then took 60% in fees & other. At that stage I tried to move to another firm & they told me they would put a lien on monies that the other firm would win. But they would not tell me the amount of the lien which made it impossible to get a new law firm as I needed to let the new law firm know what the amount would be before they would take on my case. I asked them to provide the evidence of negotiations between the firm & the other parties Insurance company & they would not. In the end, in early December 2023 when Johanna reached out to me, I gave up & took the small amount they offered just to get away from this firm…. As of writing this 04/03/24 I still have not received…

I highly recommend the Law offices of Eslamboly Hakim. They've guided me through a difficult situation and did a great job keeping me informed along the way. When I've had a question regarding my case they promptly got back to me. They have been a pleasure to work with!

I really appreciate the help I received especially from Fernando he was able to get me through the finish line!
