I had such a great experience working with Mike Choldenko, my attorney at Topher and Associates and Cynthia, my case manager, after I was rear ended on a freeway off-ramp in LA. Mike was able to negotiate a really great deal through referencing an obscure law that truly helped me to get a fair settlement to help cover my losses In my business when I couldn’t sit at the computer and work for more than a few minutes at a time. Mike and Cynthia were there every step of the way, supporting me, and making sure that the medical appointments were scheduled, the doctors communicated with, and I was fairly compensated for my losses, which were a bit complicated to track and share with the insurance company because I own my own business. I would highly recommend Topher And Associates if you are in an accident. I would especially recommend the expert negotiation skills that Mike exhibited. Thank you to all involved.
