I got into a car accident and he got me a great settlement which I was very happy with. It’s hard to find a loyal and good law firm but I love this office and can’t refer them enough to my family and friends. Thank you for all that you have done for our family!! I was referred to Tofer and Associates by Patrick of DTM Autobody after I was rear ended. The person who rear ended me at the time of the accident admitted it was his fault. I called CHP but they did not show for 45 mins. I should have taken a recording of his confession but instead exchanged info and we parted. I called his insurance immediately and a few days later his insurance stated it was my fault. I reported it to my insurance as well. Upset about how the person lied and tried to blame me I followed up with the attorneys office and spoke with Shawn who was very helpful and understanding. He and his team were able to get an investigation going. I was able to have my medical bills and have rehabilitation all covered. Most importantly they were able to prove the other driver was at fault and have a settlement for me. they kept me updated through out the investigation and made sure I was feeling better throught the investigation. I would recommend them 110% and use them in the future. thank you Tofer and Associates for your excellent work!
