Dont bother with this guy. You can hear in his voice when you speak to him that your issue that is personal to you and hard on you is nothing more than a "is this a case or not". Wont let you speak much. Look elsewhere. This guy is apparently an MD so he acts just like any other doctor. Zero empathy.

Rude. Suspicious. No empathy. Likely not a real lawyer as other reviews have implied. Be wary if you or your family members are looking into him as a “lawyer”

Dr. Kramer represented me in a medical malpractice case where I was seriously injured by my doctor. I had since moved out of state so I communicated mostly via phone and email. He was very attentive, honest, genuinely concerned for my health, and I could tell he would work hard to get me the outcome I deserved. I decided to settle the case so as to not drag it on and have to incur further expense traveling to and from Los Angeles for court dates. Mr. Kramer is an extremely aggressive, knowledgeable and caring Medical Malpractice Attorney. As a Doctor and a lawyer he knows the in and outs of each medical procedure and with this training and education has the amazing ability to literally dissect the facts of a medical malpractice case and provide a valiant fight on behalf of his clients on their medical malpractice injuries. Although I love and support our medical care providers with extreme respect and admiration, I am grateful that attorneys like Mr. Kramer are out there when these doctors fall out of the professional and ethical code they have sworn to uphold and end up hurting or killing one of their innocent patients.

Didn't take my case even though it was a pretty strong malpractice claim. Literally told me there wasn't enough money in it for him. At least he was honest, but cold and dismissive.
