I’d like to first, thank you Brad for your honesty and integrity. Mr. Kramer took my case with just under two months left before the statute to file would expire . One of the big 3 shipping companies used an outside firm to represent them and showed zero care about their potential negligence and any injuries that may have occurred. Rather , they stalled , switched adjusters who took a lot of “vacations” , knew I had no Worker’s Comp. Coverage to help pay for any medical care and they attempted to allow time to expire with an offer on the table that wouldn’t pay rent for a single month in a Southern California home. With little to go on, little time, and nothing more than a “verbal handshake “ over the telephone, Brad did the job. He kept me informed, and gave excellent advice , yet left the decision completely up to me . Without going into a novel of detail , Brad clearly looked out for my best interest , even mentioning he would be there in the event they tried to put the screw to me, and that they almost did . In the end I was awarded an amount that was on point almost to the penny of our target . I couldn’t be more pleased . My family is thankful as well, as it was quite a trying time for us all . Honest ,knowledgeable , and an attorney you can really trust . I highly recommend Brad and would use him again in a heartbeat if the occasion arose. Thanks man, I appreciate it !

I contacted Dr. Kramer to discuss a medical malpractice / negligence case about my grandmother who passed away at the hands of a doctor at Good Samaritan Hospital. I hired BRADLEY KRAMER to write a demand letter for my intent to sue a cosmetic surgery company (Dr. Ourian to be specific), I wrote up my story and all he did was copy and paste what I said Word for Word and just put his name at the top of that letter, so it would seem more official, he added a few other words his own, but not very many. I feel as if I explained the situation in as much detail as I possibly could to Mr.Kramer and I have a very strong feeling that he knew that he was just going to be taking my $1500 to “write” a demand letter, Knowing very well that I would not proceed with taking this case to trial. Making easy money. This guy doesn’t try. I’d advise finding a better lawyer.

Brad is a brilliant lawyer and extremely skillful. He takes his work home and is always "on call" for his clients. He treats his clients with respect and is always there for them. He is an outstanding trial lawyer and I know first hand as I've seen him try several cases before a jury. A plus rating.
