BEWARE! Dont trust this firm or theres a big chance youll look back at this warning and regret it. This firm functions by real sinister means. I hired them on 'Contingency' meaning if I don't win based on their services, I they don't get paid. After signing the contract they refused to respond to any of my calls or messages for around 6 whole months. Stall, stall ,stall.No case update, no actual active work. They then terminate representation after I asked for an explanation and case status after lying to me telling me the insurance company didn't accept liability not knowing I have information stating the opposite. Then place a lien a any potential future settlement. Classic attempts of corporate thievery. I would be surprised if they were playing both sides in an attempt to undercut me by flushing my case while sleeping with the enemy. You've been warned.

The Legal Reps really did their thing for me ! From the very beginning i was scared to file a case it was a hit and run with injury. They made me feel comfortable and at home. They encouraged me and walked me thru the process and assured me I would have no cost unless they win ! & boy did they. They kept me in the loop and fought on my behalf ! If you know what’s good for you choose them ! I am beyond satisfied Thank you !!

It’s been almost 1 year to process the case but I think that’s how it is..Team was very helpful, some cases it takes a while to answer our questions but I understand since too many clients I guess they’re helping..Overall I’m satisfied with the oucome.. Highly recommended..

My wife, son, and I were injured when an intoxicated driver ran the red light. Tofer Law and Associates were very helpful during this difficult time. Our case manager was Jing Asuncion. She was extremely professional, efficient, and caring. She was patient and walked us step by step throughout the entire process. She took the time to get us the proper treatment for our injuries. My accident occurred Jan 2nd, 2022 and Ms Eliza Serna was so fast on assisting me on the initial process that I have to take to start the claim. She provided me details and step by step instructions on what to do and not to do. I was assigned to Haidy as my case manager and she was wonderful as well in handling my case. They made sure that I would be taken care of by the right and competent doctors and all the tests would be done on time. They are very easy to approach and accessible whenever I have questions. All the questions were addressed with clarity as well. The whole process was handled smoothly and fast. They were able to negotiate really well on my medical bills which helped me tremendously.
