Cerowork ethic. I highly don’t recomen this company for any particular case. It took 4 mths to get an email response no accountability of the lack of communication whatsoever they will ghost you for a while and then drop your case with no remorse.

I was involved in an accident a couple months ago & I had the opportunity to work with Eliza and her team who were all great! They handled my case very well & constantly communicated any updates about my case so that I was always in the loop. Despite some complications with my situation itself, every thing was handled so smoothly and efficiently. I wanted to thank Eliza and T&A for everything! Very reliable law firm that I’d recommend to anyone.

I don’t know where to begin. I got into a wreck about a year ago and my car was totaled. I’m very patient with people, but I knew I deserved to be reimbursed because it wasn’t my fault. After hiring T&A, they connected me with first Rachel, who helped connect me with a chiropractor, as well as give me transportation reimbursement, bless her heart. I was later connected to Neil, my case manager and he was extremely communicative of every part of the process to get me what I rightfully was owed. The offenders insurance paid me for the property damage and loss, so what was left was the discussion of settlement. By the end I was left with a nearly $7000 chiropractor bill. Neil said he would negotiate with the clinic to talk down the price, but said the likelihood is that I wouldn’t get any money in my settlement. Neil’s negotiations were so good, the bill went down to $1000 and I got money for my settlement. Talk about exceeding expectations. I was skeptical at first because they weren’t the most popular name, but I love how you can never judge a book by its cover. 5/5 stars easily.

My family and I were in car accident and Tofer & Associates represented us. Yazmin Valle was our assigned Case Manager. Yazmin Valle is the most professional, attentive, caring, person I have ever had the privilege to work with. This case took very long, but if it wasn’t for Yazmin caring and understanding work ethic I do not know if the outcome would have been the same! Tofer & Associates have an amazing team that care for their clients from the beginning to the end!
