My accident occurred Jan 2nd, 2022 and Ms Eliza Serna was so fast on assisting me on the initial process that I have to take to start the claim. She provided me details and step by step instructions on what to do and not to do. I was assigned to Haidy as my case manager and she was wonderful as well in handling my case. They made sure that I would be taken care of by the right and competent doctors and all the tests would be done on time. They are very easy to approach and accessible whenever I have questions. All the questions were addressed with clarity as well. The whole process was handled smoothly and fast. They were able to negotiate really well on my medical bills which helped me tremendously. Tofer Law Firm truly deserves a 5 star review coz they give more than 5-star to their clients and customers in one of their most difficult times! My car was rear ended while stopped at the red light. I called Toefer and Associates. I experienced peace of mind from day one. They assigned two agents one for my injury (Manny) and one for my property damage (Daryl). I am still getting treatment for my injuries and the treatment I received was great. Daryl handled the repair of my car and it was excellent. I had my car repaired within one week it appeared like nothing actually had happened. i would recommend anybody involved in an accident to contact Tofer and Associates and have the great experience like I had. I had a high policy limit and my case was handled by a new case manager Yazmin. Cynthia was her assistant and they both did an excellent job working on my case. I and my wife was taken very good care. Our injuries were treated and we recovered completely. In addition I got very good settlement amount which I never dreamed of. They are still working on my wife’s case and we are expecting a new settlement for her in the near future. I would give a 5 out of 5 rating and recommend Tofer and Associates as the great law firm for all accident injuries.

Where do I start...car accident 2019, rear ed, had issues with insurance didn't acknowledge income loss due to the accident (self-employed). Mark and the Tofer kept fighting our case and I am very Happy to say, we are DONE! It was going to go all the way to court but Mark pulled through for us!
