It was absolutely a pleasure working with Mr. Gary Appleby and I highly recommend Mr. Appleby for your litigation needs. In August 2020 my car was hit by an uninsured Prius that totaled my Honda. Since I drove an older Honda and the other driver was uninsured, I didn’t think I would get much for the accident, but Mr. Appleby took care of everything and got me the best care for my injuries as well as negotiated an amazing settlement from my insurance company. The service and attention Gary gave my case exceeded my expectations. Mr. Appleby demonstrated professionalism and personal attention to all details and explained everything in the process making what normally would be stressful situation; a very easy experience.
