Isaac is a thorough, deligent, and trustworthy person. He always kept me well informed of the progress of my case and gave us legal advice on what's best to do in our situation. My Flex didn't have mechanical issues but structural ones. Every time it rained consitently for a 24hr period my car would leak from different locations in my car. It was very frustating I took my car in over 8 times within a 2.5 year period to the dealership our first problem happened with only 3000 miles on my car. First they couldn't find the leak and would replace parts here an there but ultimately there was still a problem.
