Lied repeatedly in open court hearings. Made threats out of court. No clue how this guy sleeps at night.

Working with Jamie is always a pleasure. He meticulously researches all situations and possible responses to the problem at hand and makes informed recommendations. He is quick to follow up and get answers to his client. He is also very likeable and trustworthy which creates an atmosphere of cooperation with all interested parties. Jamie looks for solutions that allow all participants to feel good about, ultimately. Conversely, Jamie also is not afraid to take a harder stand, when necessary. He approaches legal action the way he approaches all of his activities, with calm and methodical reasoning. I can highly recommend Jamie to anyone asking and, personally, will continue to work with him for a long time to come.

Our city was about to dramatically increase the number of people in our area without providing adequate parking in the new buildings. The area property owners and residents would soon pay a big price for this and the problems would be permanent. We had already tried to appeal the City's decision to City Council but the Council completely ignored the many people who spoke at the hearing and wrote letters. The City has ignored some CEQA requirements but the City refused to listen or do anything about it. We had been trying to understand a huge bureaucratic mess that felt like quicksand. Before I spoke with Jamie, our group knew something was very wrong but didn't know how to fix it. Jamie took a huge burden off of our shoulders because he clearly understood CEQA and knew how to deal with our problem. Jamie guided us skillfully. He encouraged our questions, something that I've not typically seen with attorneys. He was very honest and focused on the best outcome for us. He took a mountain of messy, complex details and turned them into a case petition that was clearly written and easy to understand even for those unfamiliar with the situation. We had a good case to take to court so we were able to negotiate a settlement, saving us all a lot of time, work, and money. We feel very lucky that he worked on our case. We achieved the best possible outcome for relief to the parking problem in our area. Our group will continue to work toward solutions for the other parking issues. Jamie will certainly be the one we call when we need legal help.

Jamie Hall went above and beyond in my case at all levels. My case was unique and, in a way ground breaking, as many of the laws pertaining to my case were fluid and constantly changing. Jamie spent time researching and preparing for my case as if it was his own. Throughout this process, he charged a fraction of the hours that he actually spent on the case. He did not have to give me this consideration but he did. This coupled with honesty and integrity; what more could you ask for?

Without going into a bunch of details, several of us decided to take on the City of Long Beach. We tried to do this ourselves by filing an appeal, and by collecting signatures on petitions. Our appeal was denied. In our search for an attorney to handle the next step we found Jamie T. Hall. We went from a few uninformed lay people just trying to correct an injustice, to an organized team with a mission. With Jamie in charge of our case we felt the weight lifted from our shoulders. He let us know what we needed to do and when we needed to do it. His office took us through negotiations and when it got to a point where we realized that we were not going to go as far with it as we wanted, he helped us to settle with a win-win outcome. He put together the complaint, and I had the opportunity to read it before it was filed. I was so impressed! It was a case with a lot of details, and he had put it together in such as way that anyone would be able to know what was going on. I remember telling another person on the committee that I just wanted to hug him! That is the way he made me feel. That our case was in good hands.
