I am a hard-working Uber driver who was falsely charged with vandalism. I had been framed by a woman who got angry at me over a parking space for no reason. Had some troubles with a Narcissist last year who naturally tried to use law enforcement to manipulate an already awkward situation. Got in touch with Ninaz, discussed the matter, and retained her. The local police department personnel clearly did not know who they were up against, and they wrote a very one-sided report. Nearly a year later, I got a letter from the prosecutor’s office with everything in thrown in the kitchen sink. Ninaz was able to put forth the defense (documentation that the P.D. didn’t want to hear), thereby getting the case thrown out. She’s very knowledgeable, respectful, and is an excellent communicator. I should have written this months ago. The Rise Law Firm has been a tremendous help to me during one of the most difficult situations I have ever encountered, and it is to them that I owe my current success.
