I could not have been better represented. I got arrested for a DUI ( wet and reckless ) She did a great job on my case and was very responsive to my questions and quick to get back to me anytime I called her. I have used many attorney in the past and sometimes it's very hard to get a hold of them after they take your money but she never lost interest in my case and was on top of it from start to finish.

I was found guilty back in 2013 for possession of weed with intent to sell. I left to China before sentencing. While in China I met a great woman and we had a Child. My girlfriend and I decided America would be the best future for our son. She knew I had a problem in America because my Passport was revoked in February 2015 by the consulate in Guangzhou. The Chinese police finally caught up with me in December on 2015. I was put into a Chinese detention center for 21 days. I thought I was going to miss the birth of my child. Fortunately for me the Chinese government only needed to verify my identity. Once the US government confirm who I was the Chinese police released me into the custody of y girlfriend. While I was in the Chinese detention my girlfriend found lawyers on Avvo. Kate was not the first, second, third or even fourth lawyer we contacted. But I promise you this, she is definitely the last lawyer we will ever need. I was in China for 3 years. I had this $200,000 warrant and upon my return to America Kate was able to get me time served with probation and community labor. I thought I would have to do years in state prison. However thanks to Kate Hardie's due diligence I am back in America working hard and looking forward to bringing my son and girlfriend here ASAP. Kate does not treat her profession as a business but rather a responsibility so justice is served fairly. My girlfriend and I couldn't thank her enough in thousand years. If you really are in a jam but know you are a good person and just want to be treated like an individual then Kate is the lawyer you want. She gets results without faking it. Thank you Kate.

I've had to call Kate on two different occasions. Kate is a phenomenal lawyer. I was looking at possible jail time, fines and years of probation due to a crime I was accused of. Due to her superb knowledge, she was able to have my case dismissed at trial . On a separate occasion she was able to dismiss a charge from even being filed. Kate was always on time and acted very professional in court. She is definitely the ace you want to have up your sleeve when your time comes around. Highly recommended!

It's been almost a month since the day when Ms. Hardie won my case in the LAX court ( termination of my probation, expungement of the criminal record) and I still can't find the right words to express my gratitude to her.
