I was wrongly accused of fraud and grand theft, and felt shocked and extremely embarrassed by the charges that became public knowledge. I hired Katherine Hardie to handle an Out of State DUI case. The interesting thing is that this DUI occurred more than 10 yrs ago and I took care of it back then with Lawyers, classes and an ARD program. It was California DMV only updating their records this year and they wanted to suspend my Drivers License and retake another DUI course for 6 months etc. I personally battled with them to no avail.
