My accident occurred Jan 2nd, 2022 and Ms Eliza Serna was so fast on assisting me on the initial process that I have to take to start the claim. She provided me details and step by step instructions on what to do and not to do. I was assigned to Haidy as my case manager and she was wonderful as well in handling my case. They made sure that I would be taken care of by the right and competent doctors and all the tests would be done on time. They are very easy to approach and accessible whenever I have questions.
