I called his lawyer almost 2 weeks ago. I have sent all the information that they had requested of me. Not a single attorney or legal professional spoke to me about my situation. All I did was get a text saying that they were unfortunately able to help me. It’s very weird that people will turn you down without even talking to you. After I had asked for guidance on where I should go, they just re-stated that they weren’t able to help me and then put the phone down for 10 minutes before. They’re very unprofessional and you can tell how money hungry they are based on not talking to each customer about their situation before turning them down. Edited to add 02/2024: I had found another lawyer that same week that was willing to listen to my case. This lawyer that I’m reviewing did call me back to see why I gave a bad review. He kept explaining to me that my car didn’t “qualify “ under the lemon law because of the year of my car. I didn’t want to argue because I had a lawyer that listened to my full story, just the year of my car. My case was finally won last week and my car was bought back. I had a 2016 Kia Rio that had its engine blow twice within a year, under 100,000k; first time at 69k. The car was $18,000, and I’m getting back $12k. The cut off year for this lawyer I’m reviewing was 2017. Hire a lawyer that will listen to you and have your back, not argue with you that you’re not a qualified customer… twice.
