First and foremost, I seldom if ever write reviews for services received as my opinion in the past has been that what was done or received was not so outside "the normal" that a review was warranted. In this case I felt compelled to take the time to write this review as the services received were so far above and beyond normal that I had to draft one. As background, me and my wife were directed to this firm by another attorney firm, who I will not mention. After sending us thru a battery of calls and doctors, we were told by the former attorney that she could no longer assist in our case. With the case unresolved and pending litigation brewing, Michael stepped in to take our case. He stepped into a difficult, next to impossible situation as the "At Fault 3rd Party" causing our injuries and damage to vehicle could not be located for court filing purposes. How he, Michael, did it by locating the 3rd Party in Hawaii is nothing short of a miracle. As time passed, honestly my wife and I forgot about our case until we received a message, Our Case Had Been Settled for the maximum policy limits. Again, how the party was located and served in Hawaii for process of our claim is a story for the ages.
