When I first had my consultation with Eliot, I had already met with a couple other law firms. I didn’t get a very good feeling from the ones I had met and they weren’t very confident in my case since I had technically not been fired at that time. After my initial meeting with Rise Law firm, I was immediately impressed by the confidence and knowledge Eliot had and I signed with them right away. I was not only scared, nervous, and anxious, I fell into a depression for a good period of time. I had been enduring sexual harrassment and emotional distress from my superior. Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought I would be in my situation let alone file a lawsuit against a company that I had been with for 7 years. He then introduced me to his partner, Jana, who took me step by step through the process. I was so unfamiliar with legal terms and how mediation or arbitration worked. They both kept me up to speed with everything. Although there were times I felt lost and alone (I was also being retaliated against by my co workers), I am ultimately glad and relieved after everything was said and done. They were both there for me during my mediation and they settled quite quickly. During the 7-8 month span of my lawsuit, I didn’t know what to expect but now, I look back and realize there are people who care like Eliot and Jana. No one will ever understand how stressful it was for me but if you ever want someone to fight for you and support you through a tough situation like mine was, I highly recommend them. I will always be forever grateful.

The Rodriguez law group help me tremendously . I came to them with felony criminal case. Not knowing what my outcome will be. I came to Nathan with uncertainty. After Nathan assured me that he would do his best to take care of the matter, I started to calm down as Nathan and I begin to discuss the case. With my attorney Nathan giving me my options as to what I was facing, I felt as if he was the right person for the job. Thereafter, Nathan called me everyday to make sure I wasnt stressing over the case and give me an update as to how he was doing with my case. Nathan was able to have my case dismissed. The DA was looking to give me 90 days in jail and a 52 week anger management program. At the end of my situation the DA nor the Judge objected to Nathans motion for a dismissal, so it was thrown out. Happy I found my way to his services.

First of all I am surprised to see here that Nathan has 1 year licensed I would’ve think he has years of expericence because that’s just how Great he is. My experience with him is that I went in for a consultation and he told me right away the restraining order I filed was most likely to not get approved and he guided me on what to do, and thanks to his expert advice I came out of court so happy because it all worked in my favor and the only reason my restraining order didn’t got approved is because it was filed as civil instead of workplace harrassment and I had to sue the company instead, but thanks to Nathan’s advice the judge ridiculized and achieved to take the truth out from my agressor’s attorney and proved I was being harrassed. My hearing did not went to waste since judge grant me a transcript for my next step. Anyway I am so thankful for Nathan ... he was honest, transparent and humble. He listened to me and care about my concerns. The cherry on top is him not wanting to take my money just like that. I didn’t hired him based on his reccomendation since he told me what was going to happen regardless. Well Nathan I hope to never have to hire you in the future but if im ever in a difficult situation just know that is already a relief to know about you. Keep up the good work! Yay!!!
