Short version: If you have been served for credit card debt stop reading and contact Robert Stempler NOW!!!! He gets the FACTS for your situation and does what he says with no hidden fees. I do not like to spend money when I don't have to but hiring Robert Stempler was the best investment I have ever made!!!! The longer version: I was served a summons, somewhat unexpectedly, for credit card debt recently. To say I was freaked out would be an understatement. After some research on the internet I learned that not responding in the correct legal way would result in a default judgement and that would be really bad. This is a scary thing for most and I was extremely skeptical of who would be helpful and who would try to take further advantage of my already bad situation. I ended up calling (a huge hurdle for me because I had to talk about an embarrassing issue and that I needed help). Anyway Stempler was awesome, right to the point about what he could do for me and what I would need to do to resolve the issue. I also spoke with a local lawyer who was going to charge more and kind of felt more schmoozy to me. Anyway I choose to work with Stempler and about 30 days later my case is resolved without a judgement and I couldn't have expected better.
