The first half of my case which seemed to be mostly handled by the paralegal Ms. Secord was frustrating. The only time I ever heard from her regarding my case was whenever I reached out to her. I did call and speak with Mr. Genish about my concerns and an apology was made however, not much changed. When my property damage check came, no one informed me it was at the office, I had to call them and that’s when I found out. The second half of my case went a lot smoother as Mr. Safaradi attorney took over my file. People began to reach out to me regarding updates and made sure that they communicated with me in a timely manner to get all of my paperwork in. All in all Blackstone law is a decent company to have representation from but the process did take longer than I’d hoped for. It’s nearly 1 year later and things have just been settled. Make sure to read your documents and understand everything you are signing. I was never asked to come in to meet with my lawyers which is something I wish was done. Everything was done by phone except me picking up my checks. I would suggest scheduling a sit down with the paralegal/attorney handling your case. The customer service was great and they fought for me to get back as much as possible considering the responsible party did not have the best insurance and tried to rip me off.

Payam and his team were of great help. Their service was superb. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a professional and knowledgeable attorney.

I didn’t really know what to do after I got into an accident. I searched online and found blackstone law. I gave them a call and Mireya and Sharon made sure I got all my needs taken care of. The best part was when Nathan called to let me know I was going to be receiving a settlement too! So amazed at how professional they were throughout the whole process.

I was injured in a motorcycle accident leaving me with broken bones, PTSD and a long road to recovery. All the previous lawyers I spoke to were very judgmental and belittling (much like my first responders) telling me that as a women I should not be a motorcycle driver, and after this accident I should give it up all together. It was really hard to hear, especially after such a bad accident, to feel as though I did not have an kind of ally was super difficult.
