Excellent attorney with great results!

I should have written this months ago. The Rise Law Firm has been a tremendous help to me during one of the most difficult situations I have ever encountered, and it is to them that I owe my current success. When I first reached out to them, I was lost and hurt. I had been fired from an organization that had my heart and to whom I had dedicated my passion. The sudden loss was humiliating, depressing and a complete shock. I felt as if I lost part of my identity. If you’ve ever been in this situation, you know what I mean when I say that your world seems to crumble down around you. I didn’t know what to expect when I went to my first meeting, and I’ll admit I was intimidated by the large building, huge office and fancy coffee, but once we met Eliot, I felt instantly as if I can trust him with the sensitive situation. He listened to my experience and validated my feelings. He made sense of the chaos and helped calm the waves that seemed to be crashing atop me. Over the course of the year, I learned that Lisa and Nehemiah were exceptionally supportive and knowledgeable, and when the time came to face mediation, I felt prepared and protected by all three who stayed with me throughout the entire process. I never once doubted their intention and motivations and I trusted them fully. I cannot stress to you enough how much these three have positively impacted my life. They are smart, dedicated and responsive. Above all, they RISE to the challenge and exceed all expectations. I am so grateful for their assistance and care. I recently contacted Rise Law Firm for some employment and they were amazing. I don't often write online reviews, but their professionalism and responsiveness were absolutely fantastic. I came to find out a few months ago that I had not been compensating my staff properly for mandatory staff meetings. This had been going on for about 5 years. Concerned about how to handle this oversight properly, I needed an experienced employment lawyer to advise me. The employment attorneys at Rise were great. They helped me understand the scope of my problem and liability, and drafted a memorandum to my staff to explain the policy. They worked with me to determine how to properly compensate my loyal employees for time worked and crafted language in the memo to minimize any vulnerability to litigation in the future. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Much appreciated!

I had the opportunity of working with the Rise Law Firm Starting in January of 2018 through May of 2019. I was injured at home and needing major surgery. My company discharged me for not being able to return to work with in 3 months after the accident. It was of no worth to the Company that I had an excellent attendance record or that I had worked for the Company for 20 yrs. I had researched several attorneys and decided to give the Rise Law Firm a call noting that Eliot Rushovich had a Harvard Law degree. When I call Eliot, who was very respectful and felt we had a good case. I then met with Eliot and we determined our legal plan. Being nervous and despondent over losing my position with the Company I felt well at ease after talking with Eliot. Then Rise Law went to work. There was quite a bit of gathering of information, several depositions, filings with the court, negotiating with my former Employer and several other legal issues. Within 1-1/2 yrs my case was settled which is a good time frame considering other cases i've heard of. Usually Companies like to drag out litigation as long as possible in order to wear down their opposition and either settling for less or dropping the case all together. We were able to settle without going to court and settling for a much greater amount than other cases I have heard of.
