I just wanted to come on here and edit my review as my original review was not accurate. I was dissatisfied because I thought I had not received a response, but as it turns out there was a response sent, just lost somewhere in cyberspace. So I thought I should edit my review as I received a call directly from attorney Ninaz Saffari who was very courteous, helpful, and informative. Although her firm does not handle my type of request, I am in awe with her professionalism. She went above and beyond to assist me in the right direction with the appropriate lawyers who can provide further information/help. I truly believe she cares for the well being of everyone and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to speak with her. Thank you again for your assistance.

Update: August 2022 The case has been settled and Alex was expedient in reaching out to notify us of the settlement details. Unfortunately after all was said and done, the reward does not appear to outweigh the long term impact of the injuries sustained from the accident that transpired. The menial award does not equivalate the permanent loss of my Mothers ability to walk without an aid of sorts. That fact alone, forever, impacted her ability to continue in her career of a caregiving, which ultimately eliminated any chances to earned income for self sustanance. While these factors are not the fault of Larian Law, I could only hope they were taken into consideration when the proposed settlement was accepted. My review here is not for the purpose or intent to slander, in any way shape or form, but merely to inform the general public of the process that takes place with cases such as this. As well as to provide as much information, as possible, when others are facing similar instances. Legal matters are costly as is, transparency should be a fundamental and unreal expectations are for the birds. Due diligence should always be a priority. With that said, Thank you Alex and your team for all your efforts in the matter. I apologize for any negative stigma that ensued from these proceedings and appreciate your efforts to remedy the impasse. January 2022 My mother hired Mr. Larian over a year ago for a personal injury case. After a few brief meetings with his company, they have been unresponsive, one way or another, to update us in any way. We've left several repeated email and voice mails to no response or avail. Extremely unprofessional and poor client response.
