Great service and good communication!

I must disclose that this is an honest review from my personal experience with this law firm. The sign up process was very simple I had the option to do it the new way online or the old way through the mail or in person. Spanish personnel were also ready to assist in case necessary. The staff was very kind, Friendly, helpful and most importantly very knowledgeable. They found a chiro with state of the art equipment that assisted in my full recovery. They also moved very quickly in helping me get additional test such as an MRI, X-rays and additional test tailored to my condition. The staff contacted me every so often to explain to me the direction of my treatment and constantly updated me with updates regarding my case. Josie is a phenomenal case manager who overlooks most cases and was very attentive to my case. She and her staff went above and beyond and let me tell you Johanna was a tough negotiator who got me the most when it came time to negotiate the bills. I can no less then Sharona who was a phone call away she was able to get me max settlement on policy limits. If you want quality service with a personal touch this is the firm for you. The staff is wonderful and Sharona will deliver results. I hope that my honest review is helpful.

*Do not use this law firm * They are awful they postponed my case for years to gain more fees&Cost . They took 85% of my money then yelled and screamed at me about it Very In professional after I settled the case. Then held my check extra long and told me in order to get it faster I need to leave a 5 star review on Google. This is how they treat there clients Felt like a *Scam*. I wouldn’t advise , nor refer them to anyone 🙏🏾God Bless …… * Don’t Be Next*

I worked with this firm for a settlement from my mom. My mom passed while they were trying to reach a settlement but everyone I worked with showed compassion and handled the case great! Will use again
