My car (and a couple others) were hit by a drunk driver. I thought everything was going to be easy dealing with the insurance since the other guy was driving drunk. That was far from reality. I then spoke with Joseph who told me what I should expect moving forward with the claims, police, DA, criminal stuff. After I signed with them it was like the insurance did a 180. My car was being taken care of, I wasn't getting the run around. I was going to the doctor's. My only regret is not calling them sooner. I'm glad I read the reviews and wanted to share my experience because it helped me in my time of need. Simon got me a settlement I didn't expect and I am unbelievably grateful.
