BD&J has an amazing team of professionals! Trust me, you won't regret choosing them for your injury/accident. I got into my first motorcycle accident back in June this year. I wasn't sure who I should go to for help, so I called Law Tigers. They referred me to BD&J! I'm so glad they did. Since my accident, the team working my case at BD&J has been nothing short of professional, courteous, thoughtful, hardworking, and dedicated. It first started with Ally Guerrero. She was patient and walked me through the whole intake process. She never rushed me and always responded as soon as she could with the information I asked for or needed. After the initial intake process, Delmy Marquez was assigned as my case manager. She has been my biggest supporter and defender. There was a problem with the other insured party, but Delmy never gave up. Every week I would call and/or text her for an update. Every time she responded kindly and timely. She assured me that she, along with my attorney Michael Madadi, would do everything they could to move the case forward in the best possible manner. Well, I would be lying if I didn't say that at one point I thought there was a chance the other party's insurance might deny liability. I was wrong. As I continued receiving treatment for about two months, Delmy contacted me with the good news! The other party admitted to being at fault, and the other insurance company took full liability of all damages! When I heard the news, I was almost in tears as I needed more medical attention for my injuries. Thanks to Delmy and my attorney, Michael Madadi, I can now receive all the care and services I need to be at 100%. Thank you so much, Delmy and Michael. I couldn't have done this without your skills and services. I am truly blessed to have you two by my side!
