David represented me in a FINRA case v. CITI. From the start of the process David was honest, upfront and informative. He guided through a very emotional and difficult time. He told me the pros/cons of every scenario. David was prepared and educated me on every step of the process.
I would certainly recommend David 100%. He is a wonderful person and excellent lawyer.

I am going to take the time to write about the most unpleasant experience inflicted on me by this scam artist, attorney Daniel G. Davis, who tricked me into hiring and paying him, and then began to insult me, spurn me and attempt to extort another $9350 from me four days before the hearing, (Verbally and in writing he said pay this or I will no longer be representing you.) despite the fact that the $8500 I had already paid, per our written contract, was a flat fee to cover his services THROUGH the hearing. I will continue with the details later, waiting to see if this conniving crook has a way to delete or manipulate my comments. Knowing that he would be censored by the Court for abandoning me in that fashion he did show up at the hearing, only to screw it up. He then had the gall to see me in the cafeteria to ask for another $34,000 to make a motion or something to have the case dismissed which he claimed he could definitely do for the way he had tricked the Judge, setting him up to commit enough errors to make the dismissal inevitable. I wonder how many victims he has managed to sting and rip off.
