He won my $125,000 car accident case and only give me 13% of the case and the contract says he would give me 33% and he only gave me 16,000 dollars he kept 87% how is possible..??

These things take time, but they will make the process as easy as it can get, even thou you might get anxious about the time (almost a year in my case); but they will negotiate a very good settlement (it was most fair in my case). They changed the attorney in charge of my case 3 times during my claim and the 3rd was a charm.
