still don’t know how this has 4 almost 5 stars, it’s literally the worst. either some people get lucky and others don’t, idk. they take wayyy too long and give u basically nothing. not worth it, look for someone else. I would give them 0 stars but 1 is the worst. take it from me and others who’ve had the same experience, don’t chose them as lawyers.

New Updated review. Randy reached out to my mom and helped her close her case. Still very disappointed under the stress my mom went through to finalize her case but at least it is now resolved. Once again thanks Randy for helping speed up this process. Updating my review from 5 years ago. I was in a car accident and used them, before it was Raffii and someone else now it’s just Raffii. I guess once the other lawyer left this firm went downhill. Because of the good outcome I had with my case, I recommend them to my mom who was in a car accident almost 3 YEARS AGO! These people have been nothing but unprofessional. I’ve been holding back on writing this review but I’ve seen the trouble they have put my mom in and I’m extremely disappointed and sadden that I told my mom to go with them. The assistance are unprofessional. Always telling her that her case manager is at lunch, in the restroom or just not available and will pass down the reminder to call her back. Which they never do. I have to keep telling my mom to bug them because they are just so unprofessional with responding to their client. After almost 3 years and a bad back my mom finally got an offer from the other parties insurance. They called to let her know and told her they would send her the paperwork for her to sign. Days later and this is the time they haven’t sent that paperwork. She just got off the phone with the lady that called to tell her the amount only for her to tell her that she hasn’t received the paperwork. So why would she call and tell her that she had and needed her to sign them. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. DO NOT USE THEM! They mixed up her case so many times. Claiming they never received paperwork that was needed from my mom, only to find out the case worker that had her case never attached those files to her case. Worst part is that they never answer or respond to inquiries. Avoid them at all costs. I’m so happy her case is coming to a conclusion. But now we have to wait to see how long that will take them. TERRIBLE LAW FIRM! WOW! Where do I start. Everyone here has been so amazing with my case. I was in my first car accident and did not know what to do. I was scared because I didn't know who was going to pay for my damages and if I was going to get the help I needed with my pain. I called Rafii & Nazarian office and was helped right away. They asked me for all the detail of the accident, but most importantly was asked if I need help with my pain. Right away the next day I had an appointment to get my pain taken care of. They handled everything for me. I was still having back pain and neck pain. So they sent me out to get MRIs. They came back with unfortunate results but they made sure that I got all the help I needed for my pain. My case manager, Katherine, was extremely helpful. She managed to get me appointments right away. Whenever I had any questions or concerns, she was always a call away. She never hesitated to answer a questions and was always very helpful. I knew I had called the correct place. Because of the amazing team Raffi & Nazarian have, I was able to get the help I needed with my pain and suffering. I had my car fixed and of course my pain as well. Next came having to deal with the insurance of the other driver. They gave us a really low settlement but Raffi & Nazarian knew my case was not worth what they were giving us. Because of them I was able to get the correct settlement. They also helped me negotiate my bills, so that I could get the most out of my settlement. I truly just want to thank Katherine, for how helpful she was. I also want to thank Mat for handling my medical bills and lowering them for me. The Raffi & Nazarian team will truly help you! They will always be my first choice to contact in a situation like this! Thank you so much guys for taking on my case and helping me! I truly and highly recommend them!

I am so grateful for Emily and her team. Divorce is a miserable experience, but she and her team made things go very smoothly and were super professional. They explained the process clearly, remained in constant contact, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I also felt like she approached my situation with empathy and made sure I was aware of my options in a realistic and educated manner. The team from Rafii guided me through a challenging multi-car accident case related to personal injury. I was pretty impressed to be honest, you hear horror stories about lawyers all the time but these guys are on top of their game and well versed.
