Have you ever been involved in car accident having no driver lincence, no insurance and no healthcare insurance. Waking up in a hospital bed because the accident was that bad, and not worried about your potential health but the fact that all you can think about is not having a operational vehicle, having a huge hospital bill and on top of that a insurance company coming after you on how your going to pay for there clients damages? Sadly that was my situation. I called lawyers and lawyers and lawyers no body wanted to take my case due to the circumstances that I didnt have a what lawyers call is a "good case". But when I called RAFII & NAZARIAN, LLP They didnt discriminate for my situation instead they scheduled a appointment to see me on the same day I called to see my injuries and see how they can work my case out. And from the call on everything was smooth and steady was scheduled to see specialist and doctors to make sure I was 100% and made sure I was comfortable and kept me up to date with my case. I highly recommend this very professional firm in every way. The first quality that quickly became obvious was how much Ben and his staff truly cared about their client. The level of compassion that I experienced was amazing and their business practices were equally outstanding. I handled this case on behalf of my aunt who suffered a Stage IV bed sore due to the negligence of a nursing home. I received frequent updates, prompt answers and thorough documentation throughout the process. Devon deserves special mention for all of the above in addition to the help she provided me in resolving some Medicare issues after the settlement.
