My experience with Ben was nothing short of phenomenal. He is incredibly knowledgeable and was with me absolutely every step of the way. I certainly would have been in a much worse position if it weren't for Ben and his expertise and dedication to my case. I am forever grateful for him and his hard work.

I highly recommend David Pourshalimi as your next attorney. I needed representation for a renters insurance claim. Since I had a previous claim with this insurance company(Assurant), they flat out denied my claim. David took over and got me all the money that I was rightfully owed. Let me start by saying that I was almost 100 percent sure that my life was ruined...until I met Ben and David. In the end of April, I was pulled over and arrested for a 3rd time DUI within a 10 year period. A friend recommended these two to help handle my case. From the moment I got on the phone with them, I already felt like the situation was under control. These guys are kind caring, kind and let me tell ya, they know what they are doing. The courts initial offer was 210 days in county jail, an alcohol program. I am not the type who would last even one day in jail so I almost broke down, but Ben and David continuously told me not to worry. After working their magic, these guys got me 0 jail time, and the DUI was dropped down to a Wet Reckless. David and Ben are amazing!! I called in a panic but David answered all my questions/concerns and relieved me of my fears. After listening to my story they reassured me that they could fight my case and help me win it. I was facing a misdemeanor with a license suspension for one year but they did a great investigation and convinced the prosecutors to not press charges on me because all evidence proved to be in my favor. I decided to hire Ben Perlmutter after a friend, who was going through a similar situation, referred him. I was detained for driving under the influence on the freeway in the beginning of January. To be completely honest I felt like my world was literally falling apart. I worked so hard to get where I am and felt like I threw that all away in one night. Ben was truly honest, extremely helpful and understanding. He always kept me in the loop of what was going on through phone calls and text ( I was constantly working and barely had time to meet in person which was truly helpful!). He also took care of my dmv hearing, where my license was NOT suspended! I had my court date in mid April. Ben was able to lower the charge from a DUI to a wet and reckless, no community service and no license suspension. The outcome was actually jaw dropping especially with the evidence brought forth against me. I do have to pay a fine and go to classes for 3 months however, my license was never suspended and I was not charged with a DUI. Overall I’m extremely happy with the outcome. I definitely recommend hiring Ben. The outcome would have been completely different if I didn’t hire him. I am extremely thankful and happy.
